The Superior Clerk’s current pages use slightly different cutoff language for 2010–2012 records. Check the Judicial Information System first; if an older closed file is unavailable, use the Archives/Records process.

Determine Court of Appeals vs Supreme Court of Georgia.

Most Georgia appeals go to the Court of Appeals unless the Supreme Court has exclusive appellate jurisdiction. Search the appropriate appellate docket rather than the trial-court portal.
