For Pulaski County, the Pulaski Circuit and County Clerk is central because the County Records Department is the repository for Pulaski County court documents and provides copies to courts and the public. But district court traffic, small claims, city district court matters, juvenile records, appellate records, real estate records, criminal-history checks and federal cases require different routes.

The County Records Department provides copies of court documents to courts and the public. Use it for certified copies when the record is in the Clerk’s custody.

Use District Court for its own cases.
