Walton County limits a filing-date search to a maximum seven-day window
If you do not know the case number or party name but know approximately when the case was filed, OCRS can be searched by filing date. The Clerk states that the requested range may cover no more than seven days.
You know the case was filed during a specific week and need to identify the case number.
A month-long or year-long date range cannot be entered as one Walton filing-date search.
